Erin Rood is a working Print Model and Actress. She is of European descent: English, German, Irish and French Canadian. Erin started her modeling career young, in the San Francisco Market. She has worked the Dallas, Seattle, Nashville, Chicago, New York and Las Vegas Markets. Currently working the Los Angeles market. Erin has several years of fashion modeling experience. This consists of, catalog, commercial print, and advertisement and spokes model campaigns. Erin has a strong passion for modeling and fashion, while enjoying the creative process to achieve a look for the shoot she is working on. She truly enjoys being a part of the fashion industry.
Erin is a SAG and AFTRA actress and has appeared in film and television, along with commercials. She attended and studied for close to 7 years at the Jean Shelton Actor's Lab/Theater in San Francisco. This includes studying under Jean Shelton (Advanced Scene Study), Felecia Faulkner (Coach), Joe Graham (On Camera Study) and JE Freeman (Coach). Erin continues to study with her private coach, Felecia Faulkner. Felecia Faulkner trained directly with Stella Adler in New York and is a graduate of Stella's Master Study Class. Erin enjoys working with and meeting new people in show business. She understands the intense challenge of the industry and welcomes it.
Erin was born in Santa Cruz, Ca. She currently resides in California, never living too far from the ocean. With a drive to succeed, professionalism, creative and charismatic spirit, inherited by her parents. She was raised with a strong family foundation associated with the arts. Her father, brother and uncle are gifted and talented musicians. Her paternal grandmother was a professional ballet dancer. Erin's mother is also an artist. Erin has always been surrounded by this kind of creativity and will be forever grateful to her family for the exposure at a young age. Erin is thankful for having such talented and supportive parents and brother.

Erin comes from three generations of medical doctors, all graduates of Stanford University. Her great grandmother was a pioneer in the women's rights movement and a leader in ratifying suffrage. Her great, great uncle was traveling on a first-class ticket aboard the Titanic. He lost his life in order to save women and children first. He was 39 years old.
